Return Items

If you would like to return an item or your entire order, please note that all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. Once the item has been safely received and shows no sign of use, we will provide Store Credit Only - we do not offer refunds.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@creathings.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: FSM Mah., Bilgi Sok: No67A Sariyer, Istanbul 34450

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange Items

If you would like to exchange an item, please note that all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. Once the item has been safely received and shows no sign of use, we will quickly ship out the new item that you desire.

If the new item exceeds the value of your initial item, we will invoice you to collect the remaining balance. If the new item is less than the value of your initial item, we will provide you with a gift card containing the extra credit.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@creathings.co with your order number, the item you would like to exchange for and we will happily provide you with the return label(s).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on garage sale items, discounted items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
