DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

By confirming this Agreement on the website, the BUYER accepts in advance that they are obliged to pay the order amount and any applicable taxes and additional charges.

2. DEFINITIONS

The terms Law, Regulation, Service, Goods, Site, Orderer, Parties, and Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of goods/services whose qualifications and tax-included sales prices are specified on the Site, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s Site. Prices announced on the Site are valid until updated; time-limited campaign prices remain valid for the duration of the campaign.

6. PRODUCTS COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT

The main characteristics of the products are specified on the Site. The tax-included sales price and delivery information are shown on the order page.

7. DELIVERY AND COSTS

• Delivery shall be made within 30 days at the latest following payment confirmation.

• In case of non-payment or cancellation by the bank, the SELLER’s obligation to deliver ceases.

• Shipping policy belongs to the SELLER. Shipping and return costs are covered by the SELLER.

8. INVOICE

The invoice shall be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER together with the order or sent electronically as an e-invoice.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the SELLER and the BUYER within the framework of the Law and the Regulation. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and electronically confirmed the preliminary information before placing the order.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery of the goods.

• The withdrawal notice must be made in writing (mail, e-mail, or KEP).

• Return shipping costs are covered by the SELLER.

• The SELLER shall refund the amount within 10 days following receipt of the withdrawal notice and collect the goods within 20 days.

11. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• Custom-made/personalized products cannot be returned.

• Products not suitable for return by their nature, perishable goods, products with an expired shelf life, and hygienic products whose packaging has been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

12. RETURN ADDRESS AND PROCEDURE

Return Procedure: After submitting your withdrawal notice, return the product together with its invoice, form, and accessories in secure packaging, via the SELLER’s contracted courier, without paying shipping fees. The return tracking code will be provided to the BUYER.

13. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

In case the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, they accept and declare that they shall be liable to the bank for interest and charges under the credit card agreement. The SELLER may claim any damages and expenses incurred due to the delay.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. The monetary thresholds in effect on the application date shall apply.

15. ENFORCEMENT

Once the BUYER completes the payment for the order placed on the Site, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement. The SELLER is obliged to obtain electronic confirmation that the BUYER has read and accepted this Agreement prior to the completion of the order.
